PDM1(CM1) moulded case circuit breaker MCCB series is one of our new type products developed and manufactured adopting international advanced technology. It is supplied with rated insulation voltage 800V (PDM1-63 is 500v),  AC50Hz , rated operating voltage 690V or below(PDM1-63 is 400v). The MCCB used for not frequently turn-on or trrn-off and starting of motor in the circuit which rated operating current lower than 800A. Also can keep the line circuit and power supply from damage when the motor overload, short circuit or under-voltage.

 

The MCCB PDM1 has 3 models distinguished by ultimate short circuit breaking capacity: Typical type(L), Second high breaking type(M), High breaking type(H). The characteristics of MCCB PDM1 are samll size, performance upgrade, arc-over distance short(some models have no arc-over distance), vibration resistance, etc. They are the right product for family and ship use.

IEC 60947-1 & GB 14048.2 General.

IEC 60947-2 and GB14048.2 Low voltage breaker.

IEC 60947-4 and GB 14048.4 Electromechanical Contactors and motor starters.

IEC 60947-5.1 and B 14048.5 Control circuit electric apparatus of electromechanical.

 

Connecting:

The MCCB can be installed in vertical or horizontal.

The MCCB should go throuth power supplier from 1,3,5, but 2,4,6.

Altitude: blow 2000m.

Ambient material temperature: upon -5centigrade and below 40centigrade (ship use series are 45centigrade )

Inclilation: ±22.5°.

Vibration resistance under the conditions of normal ship vibration, below level 4 of earthquake

In the no explosion danger material which can not corrod metal and destroy insulates.
